Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery Options: We offer both standard and express shipping options, available at checkout.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • International Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Customized, engraved, or bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Kindly include your order number and supporting photos in your email, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process

Contact our customer care team with your order details and reason for return.

  • You will receive instructions and a return address.

  • Ship the item securely, using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Additional Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Caelum is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
